Due to social distancing and the restrictions put in place due to COVID-19 please allow up to 7 business days for dispatch of your order. We are fulfilling orders as fast and as safely as possible.

In light of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, a situation challenging and uncertain for everyone, we are doing everything we can as a business to prevent any disruption to our services.

We currently offer FREE shipping nationwide on all Plants. Using custom plant packaging, we rapidly ship plants nationwide. We’ve tried and tested various methods to ensure quality plants upon delivery and we believe that we have perfected the formula. 

We've partnered with Fedex and USPS to deliver plants across North America. We're so confident in our partnerships that we guarantee that the plant will get to your in tip top shape.

Delivery Time

We deliver our plants in 5-12 Business days. We ship year around, despite your local weather conditions. We package the plants in our greenhouses based in Southern California and Florida to ensure safe shipping. However, plants received damaged are always covered by our 14-Day Guarantee.

14-Day Guarantee

We guarantee healthy plants on arrival. If they're significantly damaged* or die within 14 days of arrival, we'll replace them—no questions asked. Send photos to and we'll get you sorted.

Refund Policy

At this time we DO NOT offer cash/credit refunds on plants. Due to the nature of shipping plants there is a good chance they would not survive the return back to us. We do offer a Healthy Plant upon arrival GUARANTEE, that means any plant(s) that do not arrive Happy and Healthy are eligible for 100% free replacements!

As well as offering FREE replacements for any plants that DO NOT arrive Happy and Healthy, a customer can instead choose to be issued a Store Credit for the complete value of any plants that did not arrive Happy and Healthy. This store credit will be issued in the form of a store gift card and can be used towards any future purchases at

*Cold damage does not apply if a Heat Pack is not added during checkout.

Frequently Asked Question

Can I order plants during the winter?

Yes - We ship plants all days of the year. With our greenhouses on both sides of the country, we are able to deliver a healthy plant to your door 365 days a year.

For cold weather areas we ask that you purchase a heat pack with your order. We recommend 1 heat pack per 3-4 plants.

Do you use sustainable packaging?

All our packaging is paper based and we try not to use any singe use plastic within our entire supply chain.

What if I have issues with my order?
